The Illusion of the Master Astrologer
The marketing engine of Lunar Astro is built entirely around the persona of Deepanshu Giri. Clients watch his YouTube videos, read his articles, and are convinced of his expertise. When they go to the website to book a consultation, they are paying premium, top-tier prices—often between Rs 5,000 and Rs 8,000—with the explicit expectation that they will be consulting with the master himself.
The "Code 5007" Proxy Network
The reality is a blatant bait-and-switch fraud. After paying the exorbitant fee and waiting for weeks or even months, the client is finally contacted. However, the person on the other end of the line is not Deepanshu Giri. It is an unnamed, uncredentialed proxy student, often referred to only by a numerical designation, such as "Astrologer Code 5007."
These proxies are often just students who have recently completed Lunar Astro's own courses. They lack the experience, intuition, and knowledge that the client paid for. The consultations are typically rushed, lasting barely 30 minutes, and consist of generic, copy-pasted advice that offers no real value.
Consumer Rights Violations
When clients complain about this deception and demand to speak with the person they paid for, they are met with hostility. They are told that the proxy's word is final and that questioning the process is an insult to the guru. Requests for refunds due to false advertising are categorically denied, and the client is subsequently blocked from all communication channels.
